I am Akshat, a dedicated Yoga professional with a 3-year Degree in Yoga and a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness. Having spent significant time mastering the craft in Rishikesh, the world capital of Yoga, I bring an authentic and scientific approach to every session.
My expertise lies in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and traditional Meditation techniques. With a background that includes a diploma in Hotel Management, I understand the importance of discipline, professional service, and a personalized experience for my clients.
Currently, I am working on my own wellness brand, 'Akshantra', with a mission to make traditional Yoga accessible to the modern lifestyle. Whether you are looking to build physical strength, improve flexibility, or find mental clarity through meditation, I am here to guide you on your journey with a structured and result-oriented approach."

"My classes are a perfect blend of traditional Rishikesh wisdom and modern functional movement. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I customize each session based on your body's needs.
What my 60-minute session looks like:
Centering & Pranayama: 5-10 minutes of deep breathing and meditation to calm the mind.
Dynamic Flow: Ashtanga and Vinyasa sequences to build internal heat, strength, and stamina.
Alignment Focus: Precise cues to ensure safety and maximum benefit in every asana.
Deep Relaxation: Ending with Shavasana or guided meditation for complete mental and physical recovery.
I believe Yoga is not just about flexibility; it’s about finding balance in life. My goal is to help you build a body that is strong and a mind that is peaceful."
