I've been practicing for over 10 years, with 5 months of practice in India, where I was certified in both Yoga and Kundalini Yoga (energy work for mind body connection).
Passionate about welcoming and accessible classes for all levels.
I also specialize in strength building via traditional Ashtanga, with a focus on proper breathwork.
