I am Nitin, from Delhi, India
I'm a certified Yoga trainer, mental health teacher, and holistic life coach. I specialize in treating complex panic disorders, anxiety, depression and related disorders, in order to keep Mental Health well and sound.

I teach breathwork/Pranayama, and types of meditation- mindfulness, Metta, Transcendental, visualization, etc. I also design customize courses and regimes as per the requirement of clients and trainees. Also, counsels for general well-being and enhance productivity, creativity, and a fulfilled life. I incorporate ancient yogic techniques and mind-strengthening exercises that:
-Optimize the nervous system
-Create a union between- mind, body, and soul
-Building emotional & mental resilience and improving overall well-being.
