I am more of an oral teacher so I ask questions and learners give me their answers. I like creating a very comforting environment where my learners dont feel shy or scared to ask any questions that they might have. I also like giving "homework" or questions that learners can do in their free time and come back and discuss it with me so that we know for sure that they actually understand. I like setting short-term achievable goals with most of the children i tutor so that they keep being motivated.
