About Charlie
I am originally from Birkenhead and have played in bands around Liverpool and all over the UK! I left this and began to travel, busking Traditional Irish Folk and have now ended up in West Africa studying Kora, Djembe and Ngoni. Music is my life and I wish only to encourage and motivate others to follow their heart and dreams!

Hello again! I was taught by my Dad from 10 years old how to learn by ear and so this is what I will teach!
I do not read music! But I can sit with any musician and play, no matter what style or instrument they choose!
This to me is what music is about, to have meaning and to express! But to master your instrument takes dedication…however Wisdom begins in wonder and music must be fun and playful.
Lessons will be structured based on student level and what their goals and desires are! Enough reading let’s play! Thanks for your time
