Hey ! My name is Loïc Thomas. French by birth, I have been living in the US for over 14 years now.
With nearly 18 years in the culinary industry, including 10 years for the Bocuse’s family, I love sharing my French culture, my passion for “la cuisine” and spreading the joy of food.
I am more than happy to share them with you, during a private cooking class .
Well-versed in preparing ethnic cuisine (French, Italian, Mediterranean, American, Vegetarian, Vegan) , I provide any cooking , pastry , baking lessons regarding your special needs and requests

I am easy-going and friendly person. I love what I do and always have a pleasure to share my French culture, my passions for "la cuisine" and spreading the joy of food 🤍.
Beginner, intermediate, advanced, I can teach either basic cooking skills, knife skills, roasting and braising, soup and sauces, bakery, pastry or even just the recipe to make your favorite meal if it is what you want.
To conclude, I like giving the recipe and/or the lesson summary just studied at the end of each lesson.
