About Vano
I’m Vano and I’m 51 years old. More than 25 years I work in the Restaurant Business and Food Industry on various positions. Starting from the line cook to the position of the Chef, Owner & CEO of the Restaurants.
I immigrated to USA in 2022 and started to work in a Georgian restaurant “Cheeseboat” in Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan as the Chef. Later continued at another Georgian Restaurant "Chama Mama" as the Manager and Product Developer of the Catering Service and Grab & Go Bakery Shop - "Let's Chama".
Now I work as a cook in the USA Catering Company "Great Performances" & as a Coaching Chef at the Culinary School "Red Inside".

I can teach all traditional dishes of the Italian, Mediterranean, Georgian and Slavic (Russian) Cuisines. I’m also professional in Vegetarian and Vegan Food. I can also teach how to prepare European famous desserts.
I was working as a chef for many years in Georgia and now as a chef in New York.
