Deadly! Curtis is an amazing chef and educator, I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Curtis guided us through the creation of a three-course Italian meal in our home including a trio of bruschettas, hand-made gnocchi with a slow-cooked beef ragu and tiramisu for dessert.

All three courses were among the best we'd ever eaten, and we had the pleasure (and pride) of making them for our family ourselves.

Curtis is patient, engaging and an exceptional communicator. He focuses on the fundamentals of cooking and we came away with so many great tips and tricks I had to write them down afterwards.

Since our session my cooking skills have improved out of sight. I've applied his methods to meals I make every week and they are so much better than before.
