About Sriranjini
Hello! I’m Sriranjini, a Civil Engineering graduate and currently a Master of Geospatial Science student at RMIT University in Melbourne.
I have a strong interest in teaching and enjoy helping students improve their confidence in English, especially in communication and everyday usage. I believe learning should feel comfortable and encouraging, and I aim to create a friendly environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
Through my academic and professional experience, I have developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, which I bring into my teaching. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students progress at their own pace.
I particularly enjoy working with school students and beginners, helping them build a strong foundation in English while improving their confidence in speaking and understanding the language.
My goal is not just to teach, but to make students feel more confident and comfortable using English in their daily lives.

I focus on creating a supportive and structured learning environment where students feel comfortable and confident using English.
My teaching approach is simple and practical. I begin by understanding the student’s current level and learning goals, whether it is improving grammar, speaking confidently, or performing better in school. Based on this, I tailor each lesson to suit the student’s needs.
A typical lesson includes a mix of:
Basic concept explanation (grammar, vocabulary, or sentence structure)
Guided practice through examples and exercises
Speaking practice to improve confidence and fluency
Short feedback and corrections to help the student improve
I keep my lessons interactive and encourage students to ask questions and participate actively. I also use real-life examples and simple conversations to make learning more practical and engaging.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes long, but can be adjusted based on the student’s preference.
My lessons are best suited for:
School students (primary and secondary level)
Beginners learning English
Students looking to improve communication and confidence
