About Javier
Previously I have made private guided visits to different museums in Madrid and taught classes at home at the adult school level.
I have also given artistic creation workshops for small groups, participated as a speaker in different congresses and discussion tables on contemporary art, and made commented visits in exhibition spaces.
More recently, I have reviewed projects of doctoral theses in Fine Arts.

I am passionate about art with theoretical and practical training. I got my doctorate with a thesis in art theory of the 20th and 21st centuries.
My classes are participatory and adapt to all levels and needs (whether you want to familiarize yourself with the most current creation or if you prefer to acquire a panoramic vision of art over the centuries). Classes can be individual or group.
With me you will learn to distinguish styles, identify trends and establish relationships between art and other areas of knowledge. For this, we will use very diverse support materials: sound and audiovisual references, news, texts and images, among others. If you are interested or want more information, write me.
