About Abbi
I have completed my comprehensive Pilates teacher training in both mat and all equipment. I am also a professional ballet dancer. I have done extensive Pilates training in both classical and contemporary methods. I am experienced with sports injuries and postural disorders.

Whether you are completely new to Pilates and want to learn the fundamentals or you are well experienced and want to push yourself further. Regular sessions will get you in incredible shape.
