About Parnian
I am a dedicated piano teacher with over 9 years of teaching experience both in the United States and Iran. Currently, I teach in Irvine, Anaheim Hills, and Rancho Cucamonga, working with students of all ages, from 3 years old to adults. My background as both a classically trained pianist and experienced educator allows me to combine strong technical training with a supportive and encouraging approach. Students can expect lessons that are not only structured and professional, but also enjoyable and motivating. What makes me stand out is my ability to adapt to each student’s learning style while ensuring steady progress. I place great importance on clear communication, patience, and professionalism, so that parents and students feel confident they are receiving high-quality music education. With me, you are not just learning piano — you are developing skills that build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love for music.

Hello, my name is Parnian, and my teaching philosophy is built on patience, structure, and inspiration. I believe every student has a unique way of learning, so I adapt my lessons to fit their age, goals, and personality.
Teaching Method & Techniques
For children as young as 3 years old, I use playful and interactive methods that keep them engaged while developing rhythm, hand coordination, and listening skills.
With older children, teenagers, and adults, I combine classical training, sight-reading, and music theory with pieces they enjoy to balance discipline with creativity.
I use structured and widely respected methods such as Piano Adventures, while also tailoring exercises to each student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Warm-up with finger exercises or Hanon drills (adapted to level)
Sight-reading or theory practice to strengthen fundamentals
Repertoire work on assigned pieces, focusing on technique, rhythm, and expression
Fun element — learning a short piece or activity chosen by the student (especially motivating for kids)
Review and progress check to ensure clear improvement each week

9 years of international teaching experience (5 years in the U.S. and 4 years in Iran)
