About AM

I have a coaching past in France and Australia on a regional and national level in swimming for more than a decade and in sports coaching for more than 7 years. Training in general, energy, efficiency, pleasure and the well being of my coaches are essential to me.

About the lesson

I offer my sports coach services at home for an audience ranging from 13 years old to the elderly. I use different processes depending on the objectives. If you are interested in weight loss, simple physical maintenance, gluteal abdominal strengthening or even physical preparation, my training background, my vision and my updates will be useful to you. I am available for training early in the morning before going to work, until evening! Being also a voluntary magnetizer, well-being will be within your reach with me! see you soon!!!
