About Devam
I have been a health and fitness coach for over 4 years now and I have been an athlete for over a decade!
The one thing I noticed is, people don't have bad genetics and fitness is not complicated, the victim is the modern lifestyle here and there is no one to guide you about how to manage your health with the modern lifestyle which is exactly why I am here!
