About Itz
I have extensive experience in the field of the human factor as well as preparation in studies of deep psychology, corporal expression and meditation. My specialty in the organizations in which I have worked have always been linked to the development of human potential, leadership, human capital and coaching. Andragogy is used, which is an effective method for adult education. A program is proposed but it is customized according to the needs of each student and their interests. We see a review of the proposed agenda and open to modifications. Dialogue and interrogation are used continuously, and the objective is for the student to explore and have greater clarity about issues relating to their psyche and social interaction in the world today. Depending on the needs of the student, psychology can include theoretical and practical knowledge from various currents with a focus on body language, deep psychology, identification of skills, and the use of coaching.
