About Darshini
Lets take a brief dive on the journey I’ve walked on so far in life. After completing my bachelors degree, I got interested in self development books. I started reading a lot of non-fiction, watched a lot of YouTube videos, attended lots of courses and the best part implemented in my life to see what works and what doesn’t.
Along my journey, I discovered that emotional well being is the most important trait that’s the root to all aspects of our life. That’s why I chose this path of emotional empowerment.
It’s all a matter of getting self aware, healing our emotional blockages and staying aware. I’ve observed how much self awareness has helped me with facing difficult life situations. So I would like as many people as possible to have access to these valuable tools to live a peaceful life.
My intention is to contribute towards guiding you become an emotionally strong individual who is ready to face anything life presents to you with peace.

My sessions are conducted majorly online and are customised to suit your learning style.
Each session is one hour long and it’s conducted once a week so that you have enough time to reflect, digest and implement the ideas suggested.
My teaching style would be a holistic approach balancing all aspects of life. It’s a spirituality based (non-religious), oneness based teaching.
I am someone who has been extensively studying about emotions, mental health, processing and healing emotions for the past 4 years and I’ve also been experimenting with my life and sharing my insights on YouTube and Instagram.
I help with self awareness, how to heal your suppressed emotions, how to heal your energies and energetic blockages so that u can feel free, complete and abundant within.
