About Marissa
I’m a certified TPRF Peace Education Program facilitator and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach-in-training, committed to creating a safe, thoughtful space grounded in active listening, meaningful questions, and genuine curiosity.
Since 2016, I’ve worked in youth development, empowering young people to gain new experiences, build confidence, and move forward in their careers.
I’m deeply curious about what shapes us and what helps us thrive. My learnings draw from psychology and evidence-informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as the people I have the privilege of coaching.
My aim is simple: to listen deeply, ask better questions, and help you hear your own answers.

We'll explore where you are, what may be holding you back, and what possibilities or next steps feel right for you, using the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) to help you turn reflection into purposeful action. Depending on needs, we may also deep dive into your core values and strengths.
There's no fixed programme or commitment you can take as many or as few sessions as you feel you need. Whether you're looking for clarity around one particular situation or would like ongoing support as you navigate a period of change, the coaching can be shaped around you.
I believe people often already hold more answers than they realise; you just need the space to hear and process them. If you're unsure if coaching works for you, try out a free session with me. I'm here to support you~
