I have never formally had clients because I am a full-time student. However, I have helped numerous people on campus to change their lifestyles and become more healthy. I have been doing this for 6 years with a busy schedule myself, so I understand how difficult it can be to balance life and health!

I am a senior college student who is en route to earning a personal trainer's license. I have been avidly into nutrition and exercise since junior year in high school. I instruct by getting to know you and your habits, goals, and discipline levels. Then, we create plans that fit your lifestyle, with me as your accountability partner.

Details
My standard fee is $15/hr to meet in person. The reason it is more expensive to travel is because I consider travel to include personal training time (i.e., working out with you).
