About Alyssa
I am a college student who loves being able to explain topics to students and seeing that moment that everything clicks for them. I work with preschoolers who have moderate to severe Autism, so patience is something I never run out of. I am willing to remain on and revisit a topic as many times as needed to ensure that you truly understand it. Finding different ways to introduce these topics is another thing I enjoy and make sure to do so you never feel as though the same method is being thrown at you again and again if that's not what's working for you.

I ensure the time is taken to learn the best teaching style for each student I encounter before delving too far into the subject being taught. I also enjoy looking into and using a variety of different teaching techniques, from visual displays to verbal instructions, to provide various ways in which the information can be absorbed.
