About Lindsey
I have been an athlete my entire life. I am a D1 rower for the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill currently majoring in Sports science as well as nutrition and neuroscience. I believe that by using science we can achieve our fitness goals, and my mission is to help other people by doing just that. Using backed up science to see results.
