About Bart
I've been teaching various fields of science, life skills, and mindset since I graduated from University in 2000. Since then I've been on a continous mission to learn and grow myself, in order to share the lessons I've learned with others.
From being a neuroscientist getting my PhD. in 2005 to having a major life lesson from my burnout in 2014, to becoming one of the first international senior instructors of Wim Hof (aka the iceman), to learning about breathwork, nature, various coaching techniques, I've gathered quite an array of knowledge that I would love to share with you!

I use a down to earth approach in teaching and hope to inspire you to ignite your curiosity to learn and grow. I'm a big fan of the no-program-program which means that I'll do my best to do exactly what you need at the moment I tutor you.
My lessons are for everyone interested in personal growth, improving resilience, and increasing your knowledge about biology, mindset and life in general. My guidance is open for any level of experience.
