About Ragya
I was self-taught till 17 years old, after which I took classes over 10 years. I have a Cert 4 in Dance from the National Academy of Health and Fitness in Australia. I studied how you can get better at dance and the tips and tricks that will make you look more pro a lot faster. You may feel like you missed your window and are unable to compete with dancers that have been training since they were very young. But this is not true, regardless of your age, experience level, etc, everyone can learn how to make movements look better.

With a Cert 4 in Dance and a passion for commercial & hip hop styles, I am obsessed with knowing what works to help dancers go from knowing absolutely nothing to a comfortable intermediate!
I will share tricks such as tensing the core to make dance look stronger, playing with dynamics of fast and slow and exercises so you can gain a lot more confidence very quickly. I'm happy to teach you choreographies that you may have seen and have always wanted to learn AND also show you how the pro dancers make it look super exceptional so you can deliver it with confidence. I am so convinced that anyone can dance that I'm currently working on a dance coach software tool that will help you get better at dancing! This helps me get more concrete data on what kind of poses look better and what appeals to the human eye. As an engineer by trade, these things are super interesting to me. Happy to share this project once I'm done for no cost.
I love doing freestyle and that is also something I'd be happy and love to work on! You can find my dancing on @ragzinreverie on Instagram to see what kind of styles I do. Though my strength is commercial dancing, I am flexible and have exposure to a bunch of styles through my Cert 4.
