About Judith
Hi, my name is Judith and I’ve been competitively hip hop dancing for 8 years now. I have been on 3 teams so far, which have won both regional and national titles. I was a part of V Mo for their HHI set in 2019, and I have been a director and choreographer of Synchronic Dance Team for 2 years now. I am always striving to learn more about dance and consistently take class in addition to running Synchronic.

My teaching method often involves implementing foundations (i.e. house, waacking, dance hall, etc.) into the warm-up process before learning any choreography. I believe that foundations can help dancers get into the groove and understand movements better! It is also important to know about the history of these foundations, so I would touch up on that as well.
Lesson Plan:
- Warm up and stretch
- Go over some basic foundational moves
- Teach choreography, first with counts then with music
- Have fun!
Lessons are for anyone who are looking to start dancing or want to explore a different style of dance!
