My approach to tutoring would be, a relaxed laid back approach... I personally think, a person learns more when they are relaxed, no pressure... A person needs to be able to enjoy a class, look forward to the next class and be able to discuss and ask questions in a calm, warm happy atmosphere... And most importantly, at their own pace that they are comfortable with....
