About Ritu
Hello everyone! This is Ritu Makal, a psychology major. Completed my Masters of Science in Psychology from BHU. I am someone who values mental health and well being just as much as physical health and well being. I aspire to spread awareness and break stereotypes and myths regarding mental illness so that the world becomes a better place where we can be more open about our sufferings. I hope to teach my students the same and I wish that they will too make health their priority.

1.I believe classes should be interactive and fun along with focusing on the academics for the most part.
2.Since psychology is a field where one needs to observe the outside world to gain a better understanding of the various phenomenon and concepts, I prefer explaining with real life examples.
3.Duration of an hour or two along with homework assignments to help the students review what they have learned.
4.Weekly tests (both oral and written) to prepare students for exams.
5.Any secondary or undergraduate level student or anyone who is interested to know about the human psyche can attend my classes.
