About Wren
I have 5 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance. My academic studies strengthened my understanding of harmony, rhythm structure, and disciplined practice techniques. Through teaching students of different levels, I have developed a clear and patient instructional style.
I have guided beginners learning basic chord shapes and intermediate learners refining scale fluency and timing accuracy. I believe that consistent repetition, structured lessons, and positive motivation create lasting improvement. My lessons are organized and supportive to ensure steady growth.
Teaching guitar allows me to combine technical knowledge with creative expression. Watching students grow from simple exercises to confident performance gives me strong motivation to continue teaching with professionalism and dedication.

My guitar lessons focus on building technical accuracy, rhythmic control, and confident musical performance. At the start of training, I carefully adjust posture, wrist alignment, and finger positioning to ensure comfort and prevent tension. We begin with foundational chord structures and slow transition exercises to improve hand coordination. I explain how correct finger pressure, timing, and consistent practice improve tone clarity and sound balance. Students are encouraged to practice slowly to develop strong muscle memory.
As students progress, we introduce scale exercises across different fretboard positions, barre chord training, and rhythm variation drills. Each technique is divided into small and manageable sections to ensure steady development. Song practice is integrated into every lesson so students can apply technical knowledge in real musical contexts. I focus on clean transitions, stable tempo, and expressive dynamics. Regular review sessions help correct repeated mistakes and strengthen good habits.
Performance preparation includes complete song rehearsals and confidence-building practice. Over time, students develop stronger finger strength, improved coordination, and smooth musical flow. My goal is balanced technique combined with expressive playing ability.
