About Paige
My interest in programming began with curiosity about how software systems function and evolve. This led me to earn a B.Sc in Information Technology, where I developed strong foundations in coding and system design. Over 8 years of teaching, I have supported learners in building clarity and confidence through structured guidance. I value clarity and adaptability in teaching. I use diagrams, pseudocode, and real-world examples to make abstract ideas accessible. I encourage learners to ask questions and view mistakes as essential learning tools, helping them grow steadily and independently. Outside teaching, I stay engaged with programming through continuous learning and project exploration. Teaching programming is rewarding because I witness students develop confidence and independence. Supporting their growth as logical thinkers remains the most meaningful part of my work.

Programming becomes accessible when students understand how logical steps translate into working digital solutions. My lessons focus on building strong foundations in programming logic, structured thinking, and algorithmic reasoning. I explain how core components such as variables, conditions, loops, and functions interact within a program, ensuring learners understand both structure and purpose. Lessons are interactive and encouraging, designed to help students experiment without fear.
Instruction is adapted to each learner’s experience level. Beginners focus on basic syntax, logical flow, and translating ideas into simple code. Intermediate learners develop modular design skills, debugging techniques, and confidence in organizing programs. Advanced students explore algorithms, object-oriented principles, and project-based development. Guided practice and clear feedback are integrated into every lesson to reinforce learning.
