About Esther

I am an Admin to various Facebook pages and groups, experienced with basic computing skill with breadth of Microsoft Office suite understanding. I have helped many gain greater understanding and confidence to access different platforms and have been host to regular Zoom groups teaching others online around Australia.

I am happy to share my skill to support you to gain confidence to send a basic email or be in touch with family through social media (e.g. Messenger, Facebook, What's App, Skype etc).

I can offer support to upskill your video conferencing connection on a professional level with Google Meets, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

With a Trainer and Assessor and Teacher Assistant certificate, I understand different learning styles, and able to contextualise the topic to help your understanding.

Let's find the best time to connect together.

I'd like to know your needs and current understandings on the topic and build from your knowledge. From foundation steps to further exploration, we will work together to gain your confidence, experience and skills.

Depending on your need, you may only require one or two sessions or if further sessions are required to build your skills, I'm happy to continue for more sessions.

Length of sessions will vary depending on your need, whether only 30 mins to 1.5 hours for longer practice sessions to develop your confidence. Whether one of session or multiple sessions to build your confidence and knowledge.

I have supported many different levels and ages from job seekers writing cover letters, resume creation, access to different platforms to leaders accessing social media platforms or gaining confidence on video conferencing.

I have delivered programs to individuals and to groups, in person and online nationally.
