About Edward

I am a committed French tutor with 11 years of experience teaching High School and College students, and I have successfully taught around 150 to 200 students. My teaching philosophy is to make learning interactive, effective, and enjoyable.

I believe that students learn better when they are actively involved, so I encourage participation and regular practice. I use real-life examples, structured lessons, and conversation exercises to make learning practical.

I also support students in exam preparation and help them achieve better academic results. One of my key achievements is helping students who once lacked confidence become comfortable and successful learners.

I aim to create a positive and encouraging environment where every student can reach their full potential.

About the lesson

My methodology for teaching French is designed to make learning structured, engaging, and easy to apply. I use real-life examples and case studies to simplify complex concepts and help students connect their learning with everyday communication. This approach improves both understanding and retention.

I maintain flexibility by designing lessons according to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals, ensuring a personalised and comfortable learning experience. I promote collaboration by encouraging students to actively participate in discussions, speaking practice, and interactive activities that build confidence and communication skills.

I also follow a compassionate teaching approach, creating a positive and motivating environment where students feel supported. In addition to French, I also teach grammar fundamentals, vocabulary development, pronunciation, listening skills, reading comprehension, and writing skills. I also include cultural elements to help students gain a deeper understanding of the language and use it effectively.
