About Mohammadmohsen
I am a teacher, Mohsen Vakili, a graduate of Persian literature and a certified English teacher. I am 41 years old. I teach reading, writing, and speaking skills, and I have 15 years of experience. A teacher must adapt the concepts of the lesson to the different learning styles of students, create motivation for learning in them, build supportive relationships with students, manage the class, give feedback to students, and create a safe and effective learning environment in the classroom.

در فرهنگ لغت آکسفورد، ارتباطات (communications) به عنوان “فرایند یا علمِ انتقال پیامها و اطلاعات” تعریف شده است. با همین تعریف کوتاه و مختصر، میتوان به نقش تأثیرگذارِ مهارتهای ارتباطی معلم پی برد. چرا که معلمان دائما در حال انتقال دانش و اطلاعات به دانشآموزان هستند. تحقیقات نشان میدهند که تسلط معلم بر دانشِ موضوعی، تنها ۵۰ درصد بر روی موفقیت او در تدریس تأثیر میگذارد. ۵۰ درصدِ دیگر این موفقیت، به مهارتهای ارتباطی او -ارتباط معلم با دانش آموزان، ارتباط معلم با والدین و سایر همکاران- بستگی دارد. همچنین ثابت شده است که میزان ارتباط و تعامل بین معلم و دانشآموز، تأثیر مستقیمی بر روی موفقیت تحصیلی شاگردان دارد
