About Hannah
My name is Hannah Bryans, I’m 20 years old and I have lived in France, Egypt and Lebanon working with an NGO since graduating secondary school two years ago. I’m passionate about french culture and language. I completed a three month french immersion school in Provence that took my french to a level of fluency and I’m hungry to help pass that on and teach others. I am friendly, I love travel, culture, art, music and language learning (arabic is my next goal)

I believe in order to best learn a language, there needs to be practical immersion through listening and conversation. I learned french through a combination of theory and practical immersion. Language is social therefore it should be learned socially. I’m excited to help you take your french to the next level by gauging what level you are at and then creating lesson plans specifically suited to you. I like to teach and repeat all newly learned vocab and grammar in different contexts such as short stories, different sentences and media content. I like to incorporate a combination of rote learning with more contextual approaches such as going through french song lyrics and translating them together. Whatever your level of french is, I’m excited to take you to your goal, be that oral exam skills, basic conversation, fluency, etc.
