About Lisa

I have been giving lessons since I started my culinary career in 1998. There is always some one in a kitchen that has less or more experience than you do. I have taught and trained countless co-workers that I have met through out the last 18 years. I have helped other aspiring chef's to learn the in's and outs of this unique industry. The culinary world is filled with some of the most passionate and inspiring people I have ever met.

About the lesson

I graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute, an accredited Le Cordon Bleu school. I worked at Tante Louise (a premier French Restaurant) for my apprenticeship after Culinary School. I learned a lot from some of Denver's best chef's. Before leaving Tante Louise to explore new culinary adventures I had become the Pastry Chef. I have received praise in multiple news paper articles during my time at this most memorable Restaurant.

I am classically French trained, but have knowledge and skill with other types of cuisine. Currently moving towards Vegan in my personal life.

My training style is patient and motivational. In the culinary world anything is attainable, just put your mind to it and it will be done.

I have known Lisa for my entire life and let me tell you she is a talented chief, a great teacher and she will make you laugh. She has loved cooking and baking for as long as I can remember. Recently I had her homemade pancakes, (not a mix out of a box), seriously who gets up in the morning and can think enough to make pancakes from scratch? She has baked me yummy birthday cakes and she made me her first and last wedding cake. Have her teach you how to make carrot cake, her recipe is to die for.
