About Anupreet
My bachelor's is in psychology and masters in development studies from IIT Mandi. I have worked as project associate with various NGO's in Jharkhand , Mumbai, chattisgarh and Himachal Pradesh who aim to improve the mental well-being of improvised children and hope to continue contributing my bit in this domain.

Counsilling is more about listening and less about imposing. I beleive in understanding the problems of the youth for which I follow the technique of psychoanalysis. My methodlogy employs some simple life changing techniques like mindfullness, positive thinking, journaling, assertive speaking which help youth to learn how to accept and self-love themselves. These techniques improve self-confidence, bring positive changes in their lifestyle and help them the youth to move ahead in their lives.
