About Akash

I am a qualified Counseling Psychologist and Mindfulness Consultant working with adults and working professionals dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional overload, burnout, overthinking, relationship concerns, and work-life imbalance.

My work is clinical, structured, and results-oriented. I integrate Counseling Psychology, Cognitive–Behavioral principles, and Mindfulness-based nervous-system regulation to help clients build emotional stability, psychological resilience, and sustainable daily coping skills.

I work in English and Hindi and offer structured one-to-one guidance for individuals who are genuinely motivated to work on their mental well-being in a responsible and consistent manner.

About the lesson

These are individualized one-to-one sessions focused on stress regulation, anxiety management, emotional resilience, and mental clarity.

Session structure:
• One-to-one individual sessions
• Duration: 50–60 minutes
• Frequency: Weekly (recommended minimum)
• Mode: Online / Limited offline (location dependent)

My sessions combine:
• Evidence-based Counseling Psychology
• Mindfulness-based interventions
