About Dreama
Hi I'm Dreama Pinnock and I am a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with AAPC. Ive graduated with my Masters degree in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in education from the University of Phoenix.
I have over 20 years working in the healthcare industry. From entry level to management roles allowing me to lead teams across hospital systems. In these roles I have had the opportunity to mentor and tutor employees in billing and coding in pathology/laboratory services.
My journey in this field has been both rewarding and challenging, providing me with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of medical coding.
I am dedicated to helping students master the skills needed to excel in this profession. My approach to tutoring is rooted in a commitment to clarity, patience, and practical application. I believe that a strong foundation in coding principles, coupled with real-world practice, is essential for success. Therefore, I strive to create a learning environment that is both supportive and challenging, encouraging students to ask questions, think critically, and apply their knowledge in practical scenarios.
