About Kayla
I am a Piano tutor with over 7 years of experience and I have taught around 330 students from beginner and intermediate musical backgrounds. I help learners improve keyboard coordination, improvisation, rhythm understanding, expressive performance, and music theory through practical and engaging lessons.
My teaching style is motivating, supportive, and highly interactive. I encourage regular guided practice and creative musical exploration to help students strengthen confidence steadily. Many learners have improved their coordination, expressive playing, and stage confidence through structured mentoring and musical activities. My Piano lessons are designed to help students improve technical coordination, rhythm understanding, and expressive performance through guided and enjoyable learning methods. I teach keyboard coordination, sight reading, improvisation, melody practice, rhythm exercises, chord progressions, and expressive playing using structured musical activities and practical exercises. Students learn how to strengthen finger movement, improve timing, and perform confidently while developing creative musical expression.
I focus strongly on practical performance because musical confidence improves through regular guided practice and creative exploration. Lessons include rhythm drills, ear training, improvisation sessions, and live performance preparation so learners improve steadily while building stronger artistic confidence naturally. My teaching style balances technical discipline with creativity to make learning engaging and motivating.
