About Danielle

I’m a vocal tutor and songwriter with over 4 years of experience teaching singers of different backgrounds and goals. I also hold a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting with Voice as my primary study.

My lessons combine strong vocal fundamentals with the creative tools used in modern music production. Students often learn to work with DAWs, vocal processors, and studio microphones during our sessions.

I focus on genres such as R&B, Soul, Acoustic Pop, and Contemporary Christian music. Together we explore tone shaping, phrasing, harmonies, and the emotional meaning behind lyrics.

For singers interested in modern performance, I teach techniques like vocal looping and building layered vocal arrangements. I work with both hobby singers and aspiring recording artists. Music is storytelling, and every voice has a story worth sharing. Let’s discover yours together.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on developing singers who can work confidently in ensemble environments. I begin with strong vocal fundamentals such as breath support, relaxed tone, and accurate pitch. These basics help students sing comfortably and safely.

In group settings, I emphasise vocal blending and attentive listening. Students learn to match tone colour and adjust their volume to create a balanced choir sound. These skills are essential for harmonious ensemble singing.

We practise part-singing and harmony work to help singers maintain their line within a group texture. Sight-reading for choral music is also included so students become more independent musicians. I guide singers who perform with orchestras or across different styles so they can adapt easily in group performances. My goal is to help each student become a confident contributor to any choir.
