About Amelia
I dropped out of Sixth Form aged 17 but rediscovered my passion for learning in my 20s and studied at university, earning my degree in Humanities with English Literature two years ago. I studied creative writing, philosophy and art history as part of my degree, as well as both classic and modern literature.

I will tutor from GCSE to undergraduate level in Creative Writing and English Literature. For philosophy and art history, I'll tutor for GCSE and A Level. I'd also tutor in Creative Writing if you're looking to start writing and you're not sure where to start or you'd like a little more academic knowledge without going for an official course or qualification.
I can discuss any texts and help you to define and explain your own ideas. I can discuss various concepts, terminology and techniques. I can give lots advice on essay structure and technique (obviously I can't write them for you!). I can help you prepare for exams by helping you structure your revision and give you tips for the exam itself.
I aim to inspire the same passion for literature that I found in myself. I understand that studying can become a struggle sometimes and I hope I can help students to get through the tougher times, really enjoy their studies and to excel!
