About Marija

As a Master of English language and literature, I combine academic depth and creative passion into one magical creature who can do it all. My goal is to create a relaxing space that inspires you to share your ideas, explore your imagination, and discover who you want to be as a writer, while simultaneously building up your confidence brick by brick until the unique castle of your imagination is complete. I have been weaving the magic of fiction on Wattpad for around 8 years, which has given me a deeper insight into character arcs, pacing, and exactly what it is that makes a story feel alive — the beating heart that draws the readers in. Additionally, my storytelling has earned me an official commendation from the City Library of Novi Sad for a short story I wrote, as well as the publication of a poem in Leskovac's annual contest, "In the Rhythm of the Dialect".

This is a safe place for aspiring authors and passionate storytellers to hone their craft and express their creativity by mastering the art of modern narrative fiction in English. Whether your goal is to write that first novel you couldn't stop thinking about, publish engaging chapters on Wattpad, create fun fanfiction, or simply learn how to express your thoughts beautifully, I will guide you through the process step-by-step, using real-world examples of exceptional storytelling. What we can explore together: Character development: Crafting memorable, deeply layered, and complex fictional characters. Worldbuilding & Plotting: Structuring dynamic plots, hooks, twists, and engaging story arcs Finding Your Voice: Developing a unique narrative style that grabs readers from page one. Technical Details for Online Lessons: I conduct my lessons via Google Meet (the easiest option—no installation required, you just click the link I send you) or Microsoft Teams, depending on your preference. During our sessions, we will actively use screen sharing, digital learning materials, and interactive notes to ensure your learning experience is highly effective and engaging. Pacing & Scannability: Keeping your text smooth, well-formatted, and exciting for digital platforms. The Fun Escape: Deconstructing your favorite movies or book tropes, writing fun alternative endings (fan-fiction), and brainstorming fictional worlds just for the pure joy of creation and to clear your mind from everyday stress. MULTILINGUAL LISTENING SUPPORT: To make your lessons completely stress-free, you are welcome to use your native language whenever you get stuck. I have a strong passive understanding (listening and reading) of several languages, which means I can easily understand you if you speak or write in: English (Fluent - MA Degree) Serbian (Native) Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese & German (Listening & Reading comprehension) Note: While I understand these languages when you use them, our actual conversation and explanations will be conducted in English or Serbian.
