About Mike
I am a cardiac intensive care rehabilitation nurse, I have ADHD and dyslexia. I use my creativity, enthusiasm and empathy to support the development of students and colleagues.
I am committed to continuous learning, encouraging students to explore new knowledge, ideas, and clinical perspectives. My students describe me as confident and supportive. I aim to develop resilient, reflective practitioners who can deliver high-quality care and make a meaningful difference in every patient’s journey.

My online sessions are 1 hour of interactive learning that break down complex clinical scenarios into manageable steps.
Available in the evenings and at weekends
Aiming to link the nursing theory and critical thinking to your practice.
These sessions will cover a multitude of healthcare topics essential to successful holistic patient care. Topics include assessment, clinical skill theory, communication, humanising care, critical thinking and caring for the nurse who cares for the patient.
I am a cardiac intensive care rehabilitation charge nurse with 15 years' experience across multiple NHS trusts.
I have postgraduate qualifications in understanding research and critical care course.
These lessons are for anyone preregistered looking to get into healthcare or anyone wanting to progress in their nursing career.
