Hello, my name is Henry and I am currently finishing my degree in History and Journalism. I have always had a passion for literature and consider myself extremely knowledgeable on writing techniques and classical texts. My GCSE English Literature sessions are mainly a space for students to come to me with any parts of the classic or contemporary texts that feel they would not be able to write about in an exam setting - this could mean going over the story, key characters, or literary techniques. Literature students are given a lot of material to study, and I believe fully understanding these texts is what will be most beneficiary for them.
My GCSE English Language sessions mainly focus on writing technique and exam grading guidelines - it is my job to prepare students for any creative writing brief they may be given so that they can execute their ideas with confidence and vision.
