About Zoe
I have been a qualified Physiotherapist for 6 years, & have had such a wide variety of experience which I am very grateful for.
At university, I vividly remember the exams and my qualitative dissertation. I remember feeling overwhelmed and ‘stuck’ most of the time, alongside my friends - & I would have appreciated a slower teaching style, particularly in areas such as Pathophysiology where I could ask more questions & gain a deeper understanding. Ultimately, I did end up with a first class degree and 93% in my dissertation.
I have worked in 3 large acute trusts, one of which being the largest oncology hospital in Europe, & most recently have set up a new local service in the NHS for Head & Neck Cancer patients.
University prepares you well - but often rotational jobs & specific rotation choices being out of your control mean that I am super keen to aid the new generation of physios, & disseminate my knowledge to the wider team.

I have previous experience tutoring GCSE biology students (100% achieved their target grades!), & also regularly teach our newly qualified physiotherapists who are gaining their competencies.
Lesson length typically is around 45 minutes, but can be flexible dependent on your diary.
