About Austin
As a flute player, music is a huge part of who I am. I love experimenting with different styles, whether it’s classical pieces or modern tunes. I’m always looking to improve my skills and really enjoy the feeling of expressing my emotions through the flute. Playing with others in groups or performing solo is something that brings me a lot of happiness.

My original instrument was tuba, which I played for 8 years, and I also have experience in flute for 7 years. I'm still growing as a musician, and I feel that if a student can see that I'm still on the learning curve like them, it'll boost their confidence to feel more comfortable during sessions. I am more of a soft-natured person, so every lesson will not be so tense and pressured; however, I am going to push you musically to be your absolute best.
