About Jake
I have worked as a teaching assistant in a Modern Foreign Languages classroom and have also privately tutored other students who enjoyed the lessons and found them engaging and interesting. My main priority is helping you to pass your exams with excellent grades, whilst also grasping the German language, which many GCSE students unfortunately miss out on.

I am currently a Sixth Form/College Student studying Chemistry, Biology, German and English Literature. I have a friendly and relaxed teaching style whilst maintaining a high quality level of tuition. I understand the current GCSE syllabus and am willing to cater tuition to your exam board and specification, as well as making sure your conversational German reaches the best possible level. I will spend lessons speaking to students in German primarily, with English explanations if required to give exposure to the language which helps with listening and speaking skills, and I focus on all areas of the language: written, oral and listening.
