About Haily
I remember hating school and having to study for tests and exams. Everything felt like a chore and I only worked because I had to. When I was in primary school I wanted someone who would be patient and take their time helping me to understand the contents of my work instead of just teaching me how to rewrite a textbook in an assessment. I would like to be that person for other students and show them that school is about learning new things and expanding your mind to use later in life, and not just about a mark on a report.

Tutoring sessions include help with homework, extra worksheets and activities, exam prep, and required extra help. I work at your pace and don't mind explaining things 100 times over. I believe in learning to understand and not just learning to pass. I only speak English unfortunately, however, I fully understand Afrikaans. I mainly tutor primary grades as I believe a good foundation is a key to a good education.
