About the lesson

Lessons will be technical as well as practical, giving insight on the history and culture of the dance to cultivate the understanding of the style. The technical will involve a small, quick routine that will have been choreographed by myself, the student then will adapt the choreography to their own style by changing the tempo or movements using the basics of the dance that have been taught beforehand. We will look into the historical culture or the chosen style and will also delve into modern adaptations, if available. If we are running short on time, then adjustments will be made to guarantee that we will keep the lesson within the promised time-frame.
