About Carla
I am a 19 year old undergraduate student, and have had a passion for English since I was a child. My Dad is a journalist, and I have adapted his love for English and related Literature. I received an 8 in English Literature and a 7 in English Language at GCSE Level. I then received an A star in English Literature at A-Level, and was awarded the Rivington Cup for English Literature at my Secondary School. The University of York have also offered me an Academic Excellence Scholarship Award due to my success. I am passionate not only about English, but also for teaching, and I hope to become an English teacher in the future!
