I like to make learning feel clear, manageable, and even enjoyable! My lessons focus on understanding the “why” behind the content, not just memorising facts. I use a mix of techniques depending on how each student learns best. This can include active recall and mini quizzes to make revision stick, past paper questions to build exam confidence, discussion and examples to bring tricky ideas to life, and personalised feedback so students always know how to improve. My goal is to help students feel confident, calm, and prepared for their exams. Lessons will last 60 minutes, but I also offer shorter 45 minute or longer 90 minute sessions if that suits the student better. A typical lesson includes: 1. A quick recap or warm-up quiz 2. Going through key content or tricky topics 3. Practice questions and discussion 4. A short review and next steps Every lesson is fully tailored — whether a student wants help understanding a topic, improving essay structure, or getting exam-ready. I specialise in GCSE English Language, Maths, History and Computer Science. I also offer tutoring for A Level Law, Politics and Level 3 Criminology. I’ve helped many students boost their grades and, more importantly, feel more confident in their abilities. I know how challenging these subjects can be, so I always aim to make lessons supportive, encouraging, and focused on progress — no pressure, just steady improvement. Whether you’re aiming for top grades or just want to feel more confident with the content, I’ll meet you where you are and help you get there step by step.
