About Laurie
Hello! I am a Bachelor of Health Sciences student at McMaster University seeking opportunities to work as a tutor. I have had nearly one year of experience tutoring French for Superprof clients.
Throughout high school, I achieved academic excellence in a number of subjects, including French, Mathematics, Sciences (Chemistry, Physics and Biology), and English. As a recent high school graduate, I am very familiar with the Ontario curriculum. To maintain my expertise, I continue to take and excel in university-level French and Science courses.
Moreover, I have extensive experience teaching and working with youth from ages 4-18. For instance. I have two years of experience working as a camp counselor. I also worked as a volleyball coach for children and adults, where I taught basic healthy active living principles like nutrition and recovery.
