I am pursuing MBBS In Karnataka in my 1st year I have faced a lot of issues with physiology and it was one of the most difficult suject for me but thankfully I found better ways and learnt it very thoroughly So i feel I can very well teach physiology in understandable terms and make it much easier

I use Hindi+English language and since physiology isn't something volatile so if you understand the concepts use flowcharts(scoring stuff)then you can retain everything better.. And physiology is going to form basis for upcoming subjects like pharmacology pathology and also medicine. So it is really important to understand and retain stuff
